Overtime the density of population grows larger and larger. This action acts like a pressure that is slowly pushing against the UDB line. In certain areas the force of this pressure has already broken the boundary, in others it has yet done so. Eventually this density of population will keep growing and will begin to bend, move, and eventually break the UDB line.
