
As one solely observes the Everglades, factors such as temperature, precipitation, wind speed, contaminants, clouds, and sunshine are experienced without feeling a direct relation to those of urban development. The same is true when experiencing the climate only of urban development. However, as one approaches the Urban Development Boundary, the climates of both the natural ecosystem and the urban ecosystem transition into one another. In this way, the two climates act as interconnecting layers of information.
